01 — The collection

Every piece, photographed as it is.

Real condition, real patina — cleaned but never over-restored. Prices are held to the trade; full dimensions and condition reports travel with every inquiry. Tap a piece to enlarge.

02 — Where they come from

Five provinces, five vernaculars of the door.

These were the great craft cities of the north. When their havelis come down, their doors — the most carved, most personal element of the house — are what survive. We source only from legitimate private demolition and estate sales.

Punjab · Lahore

Deep floral teak

Monumental haveli doors in teak — layered acanthus, vine and rosette carving, often two metres and taller.

Kashmir · Srinagar

Walnut & pinjrakari

Fine-grained walnut with pierced lattice screens and khatamband panelling — light, geometric, luminous.

Rawalpindi · Pothohar

Deodar & iron

Himalayan deodar cedar, disciplined geometry and hand-forged iron studwork from the Pothohar plateau.

Multan · City of Saints

Jharokha & blue

Sheesham doors and projecting balcony screens (jharokha), some still carrying Multan's cobalt-blue glaze.

Gujranwala · Sheranwala

Studded & robust

The forge city. Heavy shisham leaves banded and studded in iron and brass — built to guard a courtyard.

03 — Provenance

The Certificate of Origin is the product.

A salvaged door is only worth what its story can be trusted to be. Every HAVELI piece is catalogued before it leaves the subcontinent and carries a signed certificate your client — and your customs broker — can rely on.
